I just wanted to write a note to say thank you to each and every one of you who wrote about Max and sent your sympathies and condolences. It truly means a lot to me and my family that so many people take the time to write such nice things.

I didn't sleep much last night. Every time I tried to close my eyes, I pictured that last look on his face. Hopefully, this will pass. I'm starting to understand that I did the right thing so I just want the guilt to pass.

Anyways, thank you again. Everyone.

I thought I'd share one of my favourite videos of Max, this was last Christmas before he started to really decline in health. His hearing had already been gone, but still was doing well. It's a cute video of him showing off his personality.
